Payment/Refund/Reschedule Policy

Our facility expenses are based on reservations provided five business days prior to the Renewal Session. Classes may be rescheduled by the participant for no cost up to 5 business days prior to the session date.

Reschedules requested less than 5 business days before the session date will be assessed a reschedule fee of 50% of the total registration fee.

Cancellations less than 5 days before the session will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations more than 5 days before a session will incur a $10 processing fee.

We will deduct fees from any refund due.
